Self-employed lash technician — space to rent at Now Hair & Beauty, Clydebank, inside the Clyde Shopping Centre.

The deal:

• Flat space rent of £200 a month, that is your only cost
• You keep 100% of what you earn, we take no commission and you set your own prices
• Online bookings through the salon booking page, plus walk-in trade from the centre
• Promotion on the salon social media

You will need: your lash qualifications and a strong portfolio, your own kit and public liability insurance, and reliable regular days — weekends especially, as that is when demand peaks.
